📌 Pro-tip: Ask a person you trust to share what they see as your strengths. Other people often see strengths in us that we take for granted or don't recognize in ourselves. They notice patterns in how we naturally solve problems, lead discussions, or support others that we might consider "just normal." Getting an outside perspective can help you understand how others experience your contributions and give you language to describe your strengths in professional settings.
